Original Contemporary Artwork

Sculpture - Gallery

My's sculptures are influenced by a combination of feminist theory, personal space and "erosion" of the landscape and the body. She is interested in the synergy between these influences and the writings of the French philosopher, Gaston Bachelard, in his book "The Poetics of Space". Bachelard explores how we experience intimate places - focusing on the house, its interior places and its outdoor context.
